Something broken in your room or in the building? Log it here and you get a ticket number the house warden works from.
If it is an emergency, phone first
Fire, flooding, gas leak, exposed wiring or danger: call 071 640 1574. Log it here afterwards.
How quickly things get fixed
- 12 hours: water wastage, globes, toilets, locks, unusable showers, stoves
- 36 hours: carpets, tiles, hydroboilers, basins, taps, flush masters, shower doors
- Logged after 15h00 on a Friday, it may only be attended to on Monday unless it is an emergency
- Damage caused by students is charged to the student's account
