Student accommodation in Mbombela, run properly.
Eighteen houses across Nelspruit, Stonehenge, West Acres, Sonpark, Orchards, Mataffin and White River. Single and sharing rooms for male and female students, NSFAS funded, bursary or self paying. Apply in two minutes and we will tell you what is available.
Lifestyle and stay, under one roof
We have been housing Mbombela students since 2017. Every house is managed by our own team, not an agent: the same people sign your lease, fix your geyser and answer the phone in December.
Wi-Fi
Connectivity in the rooms and communal areas, so online classes and submissions never wait for data.
Top security
Controlled access, on-site security service and armed response at selected residences.
Work stations
A desk, a chair and a plug point of your own in every room — not a shared table in a passage.
Swimming pools
Pools inside 1 Silver Oak, 23 Dolomiet, 48 Mataffin Hill and 01 Penny Street.
Shuttle routes
Residences sit on CityBus and campus shuttle routes, or within walking distance of class.
Backup power
Backup supply at most residences, so load shedding does not end your study night.
What students say
Reviews written by students living with us, published as they come in. We answer the ones that need answering.
